Conversation protocols
From "only length and cost" through summaries to a verbatim transcript, freely adjustable with a retention period.
You decide how much of a conversation is kept. By default it's as little as possible.
Four levels
| Level | What is kept |

| Off | No text. Date, time, length and cost remain. |
| Summary | Topic and outcome in a few sentences, without names and contact details. |
| Redacted transcript | The dialogue turn by turn. Names, places, dates, contact details and ID numbers are replaced by placeholders such as [Name]. |
| Full transcript | The dialogue turn by turn, as spoken. |
You also choose how long it is kept. After that the text is deleted. The setting applies from the next conversation and can be changed at any time. Your protection profile suggests a level.
Redacted twice
In the redacted transcript the AI first replaces details about people. Whatever it missed, the code then replaces: email addresses, phone numbers and ID numbers.
Sealed
Conversation texts are sealed with a key pair belonging to your business. Only people authorised in your account can read them. Owners, administrators and managers may change the setting.
Single conversations
Under Conversations ▸ Single conversations you see every conversation, month by month: when, how long, what it cost, which goals were reached, and depending on the level, the summary or the dialogue. Each conversation shows when its text will be deleted.
And your agency?
If an agency looks after your business, by default it only sees date, length and cost. It reads protocols only if you explicitly allow it.
