What is a Talky?
Figure, voice, name and character as one set. Take a template, adjust it or build your own.
A Talky is the conversation partner on your website. It's a set of everything that makes it what it is:

| Voice | Ten voices that suit the figure. Each speaks many languages. |
| Name | Your choice. The Talky introduces itself with it. |
| Form of address | Formal or familiar (Sie or du). |
| Character | Traits, your own words and a free text. See Character. |
| Greeting | By meaning, so it phrases it fresh each time, or word for word. |
| Tempo | How fast it speaks. |
Templates and your own Talkys
TalkyPage comes with ready-made Talkys as templates, for example the robot Mika. You take a template for your website and change single fields directly. Every changed field can be reset to the template.
Under My Talkys you create your own Talkys, as a copy of a template that belongs entirely to you. One click switches your website's Talky, with everything that goes with it.
Save first, then publish
Changes to the Talky go into a draft first. You see it in the preview, your visitors don't yet. Only with Publish does it reach your website.
Always recognisable as AI
The start button carries the label "AI", and the Talky says in its greeting that it is an AI. That applies to every figure and every character, even the wildest.
It answers instead of referring
A Talky answers questions instead of sending visitors on to the team. It may use general knowledge. About your business it only says what is backed by your knowledge. What it doesn't know, it says honestly.
