How conversation credit works
Every plan includes monthly credit. If it runs out, prepaid credit is used: top up once or reload automatically in steps of your choice. Daily and monthly limits prevent surprises. You pay the actual AI costs plus a transparent service fee.

Frequently asked questions
Does the assistant give medical advice?
No. With the healthcare protection profile it answers organisational questions and refers anything medical to your team, or to the emergency number in an emergency.
Do I need a new cookie banner?
Usually not. TalkyPage stores nothing and connects nowhere before a visitor clicks. For websites that control every service through their banner, there are templates for the common solutions.
Are conversations recorded?
Audio is never stored. By default, all that remains is the fact that a conversation took place. A summary is only kept if you enable it, and only attached to an enquiry if the visitor consents.
Which AI is behind it?
You choose the privacy level, we choose the right AI and keep it up to date. The providers in use are always listed in your account and in the list of subprocessors.
Will it work with my website?
With any website that can include a script: WordPress, TYPO3, Joomla, Webflow, Shopify and static websites without a CMS.
How long is the contract?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of each month, yearly licences run for twelve months.
