    A typical conversation lasts two to four minutes. You are billed for actual use: short conversations cost less, silence costs nothing.

  • How credit works

    Every plan brings credit for conversation minutes each month, the yearly plan too. It is used first and expires at the end of the month. If you need more, buy extra credit or let it top up automatically; purchased credit never expires. Limits per day and per visitor prevent surprises.

Questions about pricing

What happens when the minutes in my plan are used up?

Then your purchased credit is used. If there is none, the Talky pauses until you top up, or it tops up automatically if you set that up. There are no surprises.

Does credit expire?

The credit from your plan applies in the month in question and is used first. Purchased credit never expires.

Is there a minimum term?

No. On the monthly plan you pay month by month and cancel in the customer area. The yearly plan runs for one year, and you can cancel up to 14 days before it renews.

How do I pay?

By credit card, monthly or yearly. You find your invoices in the customer area.

Can I change my plan?

At any time in the customer area. A higher plan applies immediately, a lower one from the next period.
