Plans, credit and billing
A fixed price for the platform, monthly credit included, and every conversation billed exactly by use.
TalkyPage bills in two parts: a plan for the platform and credit for the conversations.
Plans
Your plan decides which features you can use. Features above your plan appear greyed out with "From plan …", so you know what is available. The plans and their prices are listed under Pricing.
- You pay by card, monthly or yearly. The yearly plan includes two months free.
- Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of the billing month. A yearly plan renews unless you cancel at least 14 days before.
- You change and cancel your plan yourself in the customer area. A higher plan applies at once.
- Invoices are in the customer area.
What a conversation minute costs

A typical conversation lasts two to four minutes, so with a 3D figure it costs around 30 to 60 cents. You are billed for what the conversation actually needed: short answers and silence cost less, long look-ups in documents a little more. The per-minute prices are therefore guide values; what each conversation cost exactly is shown in your account.
Credit
You pay for conversations from credit.
- Monthly credit: Every plan brings credit for conversation minutes each month, the yearly plan too. It is used first and expires at the end of the billing month.
- Purchased credit never expires. You buy it in the customer area, and it can top itself up automatically if you like.
- Without credit, the Talky does not go online. You get an email in good time before it runs low.
Every conversation on its own
Under Conversations you see every conversation with its length and cost, split by what it used:

Billing is exact, down to fractions of a cent. Reading your website shows up as "Knowledge"; the first reading of each domain is free.
No surprises
Under Limits you set the most a day, a visitor and a conversation may cost. When a limit is reached, the Talky says a friendly goodbye.
Own figures
Designing catalogue figures costs nothing extra. Your own 3D model to our specification is included from Enterprise; help with acceptance costs a one-off 490 €. A figure package, such as a cut-out figure of your mascot, is available from a one-off 1,490 €. See Figures.
Discount codes
