Protection profiles
Stricter rules for health, law, finance, children and other sectors, with one click and fixed in the code.
A protection profile sets what your Talky may and may not do. You choose it before switching online, for each website. If you don't need one, you explicitly choose No protection profile.
A profile works in several places at once: in the instructions to the AI, in the limits the code enforces, and in the suggestions for protocols, consent and conversation goals.
The profiles

What else a profile sets
- Emergency line: In the health profile the emergency numbers are fixed in the window, independent of the AI.
- No data requests: The Talky never asks for health information, insurance, account or file numbers, and doesn't repeat them.
- Conversation goals: The profile limits how actively the Talky may work towards your goals.
- Protocols: The profile suggests a suitable level for conversation protocols. You decide.
- Contracts: For professionals bound by confidentiality, the annex on confidentiality under § 203 of the German Criminal Code is included.
Fixed in the code, not just in the prompt
A protection profile is more than a sentence to the AI. What the code can check, it checks: emergency line, limits on goals, no other websites, no sending without asking first. No character and no visitor can override the profile.
