That's why you usually don't need to change your cookie banner. If you want to anyway, use consent mode, see Embedding.

You choose a tier, never a provider. We carefully select the AI behind it and keep it up to date.

The providers in use are always listed in your account and in the list of subprocessors. If the list changes, you'll know 30 days in advance.

Audio is never stored.
By default, all that remains of a conversation is the date, time, length and cost.
You decide on anything more yourself, from a summary to a transcript. See Conversation protocols.
Conversation text is stored only in encrypted form with the conversation, with a separate key per business. Technical logs never contain content.

Every visitor learns that they are talking to an AI: on the button and in the greeting.

You accept the terms and conditions and the data processing agreement in the customer area.
For professionals bound by confidentiality there is the annex on confidentiality under § 203 of the German Criminal Code.
